Apologize and admit you fucked up and lied to him. In the back of my mind I'd be wondering this in the guy's shoes, if she lied to me about this what else could she be lying about? If I found out a woman lied to me early on in the relationship I'd decide then and there if I should break up with her or give her another chance.
