Boring is subjective I think. The majority of us have pretty simple lives where it's some form of "working, staying home, and sleeping" although I might add grocery shopping and meal prep to that list.
On one hand, the practical skills of a self driven homebody can manifest itself into great husband material given he is ready to provide that lifestyle and level of commitment to the things in his domestic life. Does he want a lawn and enjoys taking care of it? Is he a great cook but never leaves the house? A lack of crazy drama filled friends can be a good thing as long as he has a couple regular (in person or virtual) buddies to keep him sane.
If you aren't looking to be a homebody, it would suck to if your partner NEVER wanted to travel, go out to eat, or meet new people ever... so it depends on that boring person's willingness to be fun if presented to them.
