Been on two great dates with this girl, we have made out a bit and overall feel like the chemistry is there. We were supposed to go on our 3rd date tonight, I texted her to confirm a time and she asked if we could rain check because she's feeling under the weather. Do you think this is a legitimate excuse or she's no longer interested?

A lot of things could be going on sir. My gut instinct tells me that you should be escalating beyond a going out date. Maybe she's tired of the auditioning process in social settings and is looking for more an indoor snugglefest?

Here's the best way to figure out what's going on.
You escalate and hold her accountable to tonight. I'd do it this way,

"That sucks that you're I'll.. I guess we're going to have to be under the weather together. I'm coming round with some snacks and a movie. You said your favourite pizza was Mexican hot right?"

[Her laughing and flailing around a little]

"Well that's all very well and good but I planned to see you tonight, so that's what I'm going to do, I can sit outside yours in my car and just watch you through the window, or you could make this less creepy and tell me how long it'll take you to get ready"

I'd continue like this (which is masculine energy by the way... something deeply attractive to women)

And she'll eventually break. Either we'll end up meeting and she'll like me more because I pushed through, or shell confess that she doesn't like me.

This is actually a great situation you're in, because when she's feeling unsure, it's a great opportunity for you to be sure and reinforce your masculinity in her eyes. You gain more points here than anywhere else.
