Do I need to relax?

So my dilemma is that me and my long distance boyfriend was suppose to meet this November. July 14th will be our one year anniversary. I wanted to see him this November but his schedule is fucked. His teachers been going on strike and the semester breaks are delayed. He's also doing an engineering internship. Im proud of him. But I got sad because it seems like i won't see him this year and he was looking forward to it too. Im just really sad and i got upset because I dont wanna waste my time. We love each other but I made it clear next year definitely we gotta meet. He'll b a senior next year in college.. Im just upset. Should I be upset or relax? He said im giving up to easy and i dont want him to think that yes it only been a year but i guess i just wanna get the meeting over with.

What would y'all do as a 23 year old, who spent a long time learning about herself physically n mentally to know what she wants. I want to settle down, i want him. Putting yourself out there is hard enough n yes i know i have a lot more to learn but what would you guys do. Its not necessarily about starting over or dating someone closer... Its emotionally draining.
