When a guy says you need to relax, does that mean he is angry or that he is not worried for that anymore?

I've been flirting with this guy for a while now and a week ago I apologized to him for saying some things.
He replied saying that he wasn't upset or angry with me. But I knew he was cause his previous texts were a bit cold.
Anyway I said that it is good that I didn't make him feel bad and he replied saying to me that I need to relax.

What did he mean by that?
Is he angry or he isn't worried for what I said to him and everything is fine?

He means exactly what he said you need to relax. Don't get so uptight about stuff or don't get so worried thinking there is a double meaning to something. just sit back and chill.

Everythings fine by that he means your over thinking and he wasn't affended and you didn't need to apologize
