I feel like my brain keeps focusing on bad things , even when there are no bad things at all and I never seem to relax. I keep thinking about the stupidest things imaginable literally all day and care about the tiniest little things that could go wrong... I know i need help but would a psychology be able to help me without giving me medication? I dont want to have more things to worry about and what I've read about these kind of medication makes me not want them.
Hey I'm the same way! Lol. I don't think it's bad since I do the same thing. I write a hell lot and I still get anxious. Writing has helped though bc I can see and reread my thoughts and I can judge if it's silly or not. most psychologist would tell you to take a medication. I mean you can try and they can decide if you need medication if you do its your decision to either take it or not
