When is the right time to ask them out on a date?

Met a guy via a dating app, we talked for a few days on there before exchanging numbers, have been texting back and forth a few times a day for about 2 weeks.

Do men find it uncomfortable when a woman asks him out? He hasn't asked yet and I think I should shoot my shot.

Yes you should in today's world with all the crap we have to deal with sexual harassment, rape, "look at me funny harassment". It is sad but it is easier for the woman to ask the guy. I do not do it but if I was you, I would.

I always say if you like someone let them know & when it comes to dating apps you snooze you lose so I say ask them out before someone else does if you have the guts to.

Well women don't usually do it. I mean it usually catches me off guard when women do it because it seemingly comes out of left field. It's not uncomfortable so much as it's unexpected.
