We are already good friends, we met at work but we don't hang out outside of work. I tried hard not to develope feelings for her but I did and now I want to ask her out but don't want to ruin our friendship. So how could I make her fall for me?

ask yourself this, in the future when you are happily married would you have any time or desire for female “friends”. Friends of the opposite sex are a waste of time don’t ever become friends with a girl. We want what we can’t have and we prefer strong confident men. Just ask her out. With whatever answer she gives you act like she is your 8th girl you have asked out that week. Don’t forget to ask questions about her act like her older mature brother.

I think friends of the opposite sex are fine. I'm not friends with them because they're women but because I like who they are. I don't choose friends according to gender. So when I'm happily married I wouldn't mind if I had female friends.
