i haven’t met my date in a week even though we meet twice a week. Today, we met and she appeared to be in a bad mood. For example, we went to a reasonably expensive cafe/restaurant and she didn’t even finished her meal, like not even 25% of it. Her expression seemed passive aggressive and her responses to my comments were oddly surly and short. That was our 7th date and I asked her if she’s ok to which she said she’s in a bad mood because she had a big argument with her colleague at work yesterday.
I did offer her words of wisdom and support, but I’m quite annoyed that she brought her work self over when it should have been her personal self. Why should I have to bear the brunt of her anger or misery….
after the date I texted her saying I wasn’t happy about that date and that she should separate her work life and personal life. I mean if everytime she has a bad day is she going to blame me for it?
I felt really annoyed after that date because I have done a lot for her.
what do you think? Am I overrreacting?
