For guys who've had partners that came from more overprotected homes, how did yout relationship turned out to be or work?

So I am an adult, but in terms of my romantic experiences due my background, coming from a very religious home and conservative parents I am know learning things that people my age usually have lived. For instance having romantic partners, etc.

I wonder, from guys view how does being with a woman who comes from over protective homes has worked or not?

What would be the advantages or disadvantages?

The advantages are that you're with someone who gets to do things for the first time and you get to be there with them when they do things for the first time. Kind of like finding someone who never learned how to ride a bike and you get to help them learn how to ride a bike. You get to experience these new things together. And with a lack of partners, honestly there is an advantage in that. I know a lot of girls who have had an abusive ex, or a dirtbag x, or a really lazy ex and they've carried the trauma and baggage from those relationships with them. So suddenly you close a cupboard door too hard and she hits you with the frying pan, because she expects violence.

The disadvantage to me is like, it's a much slower relationship because there is a lot more to figure out romantically and physically. Also there might be regrets about what they did not do when they were younger, so they might internalize those regrets and turn that into resent to their partner. Like someone who only ever slept with one person, always wondering about what it would be like to sleep with someone else and then they end up cheating or divorcing to go and try and bang other people. Also the idea of learned habits from those overprotective or heavily religious parents that raised them, you might bring that with you into your new partnership and not realize. And if you get called out on it you might get really defensive because that's just the way you know how to be, which causes drama

I hope so too, growing up in a conservative house can take away a lot of your freedom and enjoyment in life when you're young, so you deserve to live a happy life now
