Postponed date two times because of family issues. Should I keep trying?

In short. I asked a girl out. She first said she wouldn't be able but proposed the next week.

So next week she said she had some family stuff going on that had her upside down. So, she had to go and fix this.. whatever.

I thought it was a good thing she wanted to reschedule. But then again she had to cancel because something happened.

I just think I have to stop reaching out and see if she at least texts me to go out. Any ideas here?

I would do exactly that! It doesn't have to come out mean either. You can recognize that she's had a lot on her plate as of late and let her know to reach out when she's got some free time. It definitely feels a little weird, but what she's saying could be true. It's weird she keeps rescheduling instead of just ghosting you, y'know? Give her some time and space. Maybe her life is just crazy hectic right now. Maybe even ask another girl out. You're young and single
