How do I meet women at bars since I don't drink?

I've made the decision this year to stop drinking alcohol since I switched to new medications. I don't like the feeling of the interaction of alcohol and the new meds as it makes me tired. I'm still able to be around alcohol and people who drink without having an urge to drink. I'm a musician and I play mainly in bars so I'm used to the whole bar setting. Since bars are the main go to place for men to meet women and vice versa I feel like it's a dead end for me when it comes to meeting women. I can't really think of any other places to meet women. Also, I still enjoy going to bars and when I have a gig at one seeing that I'm there, it's obviously a good opportunity to talk to women. The problem is I'm not drinking alcohol but a soft drink instead and I feel awkward talking to a woman. I can't help but think that she won't be interested in me since I don't drink alcohol. Are any of you guys going through the same or a similar situation? If so how do you deal with it? Are you still able to meet a woman and get a date with her while sober?

Since the bar is your space then its only a matter of time. Not all women drink to the point where there observations are so far left that they wouldn't know if their into you.
I assume by "gig" you mean music. And that's a great topic to start on. Whether or not your drinking and reasons are probably second.
