You date and marry people for who they are and how they appeal to you.
If they should change, then they are moving targets, and everything is for not, because had you met them after changing, you might not have ever talked to them to begin with.
Which is fair, and the person doing the changing should expect all their friends and maybe even family to treat them differently.
I think couples should keep up with each other... If someone let themselves go for a while and decided not to do something about it... The other one has the right to leave... Having doubts about your sexual or gender identity is another thing and should be discussed and closed before getting into the relationship

u If my girlfriend wanted to "transition" and pretend to be a guy, I would be saying "Adios, MF" in a heartbeat! I'm not homosexual, I don't want to be with a man, and I don't want to be with a woman who would prefer to try to act and look like a man.
It reminds me of an American Dad episode.
Stan is only attracted to Francine because of her looks. She gets angry with him and stops taking care of herself. She becomes fat and gross. Then he wants a divorce.
But he solves the problem by having his retinas removed. But he can't work because he is blind. So Francine has to work instead. She begins to hate that and she wants a divorce.
Nothing is wrong with being shallow. But if you are not honest, you are lying to your partner. If women want men to pay the bills and men want trophy wives, nothing is wrong with that. You just have to know the truth.

And yeah, I have no problem with that. I'm bisexual and non-binary, if my partner is living their true life being true and authentic to themselves, I'm happy.
But I see why cishets get threatened. Sexuality when you're obsessed with the default setting can seem threatening if you're not fully realized as a mature adult.
By the look of those pictures, she transitioned. That's different. I'd want to know if my partner was experiencing gender dysphoria and was considering transitioning to a M2F before the relationship happened. Now if the guy is just a feminine male or a Roseboy, that's different. There's a difference between a tomgirl and a trans "male".
If my husband started to be feminine and even dressing like a woman and paint his nails, take care of his hair and grow it up, etc... I would stick with him as long as he didn't truly forget his gender and started to reject sex and wants to turn himself into a woman... I'm slightly asexual straight but it would still disgust me if he began rejecting normal couple bed activity because he doesn't feel like a guy anymore.
If he wanted to be a woman then don't marry one who wants a man!
If my husband started transitioning, I would not to be happy with that at all. I married a man, if I wanted a woman I would just got one but since I'm not gay I chose him. So yeah would be a deal breaker for the both of us.
As long as they still look good, I won't have a problem with this. We fall in love with a person's soul, not their choice of clothes or hair length.
And I'm antinatalist too, like him. I think humans have overpopulated the place. Sigh.
Uh.. the last post almost outright states she is transitioning to a male. So yes I would leave- I’m not gay nor am I attracted to men or biological women who have transitioned to men. I may love her still but I didn’t sign up for that.

I am not attracted to anything even remotely close to a male (or in "Harry's" case, a prepubescent 12 year old boy), so any attempt to get affectionate or intimate will start to feel strange. And the relationship will start to crumble from there.
I wouldn't leave her if she got fat or cut her hair. Stuff happens. But, if s/he want's to be called by a guy's name, Harry, and/or is transitioning to being a guy, see ya!

I'd be okay with that, my partner would still be the same person i fell in love with, their identity doesn't change that. And if understanding themselves better helps my partner feel more comfortable then why wouldn't I be okay with it?
Only because I tell them this from the start. So for me it isn't bogus. I told them it from he start. NOW THERE IS A DIFFERENCE from wanting to look like how she is looking vs I let go and I need some help getting back to where I was.
