For context I’ve liked this guy since last October. Many of my friends have told me to get over him cause things were going nowhere, even though I never made a move cause I was too scared. He’s also In my friend group and many of my friends including her told me not to go for it since it could mess up the friend group.
So back in April I told my friends I was over him even though I am not, I still currently like him. Anyways my friend that has a crush on him just got out of a long term relationship last month and told me she feels like she could not be faithful to her ex when she had feelings on the guy I like. She asked for my permission to try and date him which I said yes. It’s weird for me to tell her not to when me and him never dated and she is under the impression that I do not like him anymore. Plus they had already been talking for two weeks so I thought he probably liked her already.
last week we we’re all hanging out and I could kind of tell he was getting uncomfortable with how much she was following him around. My other friend who is her roommate told me they’ve been talking a lot, including when she was still in her relationship. He still texts me every now and then but I don’t think he likes me like that. I asked my friend if she thinks he likes her and all she said is that she is not sure because he is being very elusive.
i feel like eventually since they talk so much he will start to like her, I don’t know what to cause I still want to be friends with both of them, but I still do really like him.
What do I do :(
