Went out on a date with a guy but he didn't talk much, and I had to do more of the talking. What should I do next time if the same thing happens? (Page 2)
Well maybe he's a little bit shy so you should try to find ways to make him talk perhaps some kind of a little game for conversations would be a good idea but if that keeps up for another two days you could probably consider someone else
Have a list of questions for them. There are a lot of people out there both male and female that do not talk much. They are listeners. They may be strong introverts.
He probably thinks like me, women like to talk so kick back and let them go, don't give up on him he say something when its important and needs to be said, and look at his actions

Ask him questions he can’t avoid giving more details.
Ask him questions that don't start with "D".
Most men think women LOVE to talk and studies have shown the average woman says about 10000 words a day and the average man says about 2000.
Tell him you don't.
LmFAO!!! 10,000 !!! I don't know why that was so funny.
Do the same. If you don't like it lose them.
Say “So I didn’t know you were a fucking mute. Should I start using sign language?” *mimic sign language*

He's probably just socially awkward or introverted
I wouldn't take it personally
Or he did it on purpose.
I fail to see the issue. maybe he isn't a talkable person. you guys have to meet at a level or it won't work
he sounded awkwardly shy if acts the same as the 1st date it could be either a virgin or your the 1st person he ever went ion a date with
Ask him questions rather than just talking. That will at least force him to respond.
He wasn't interested in you. You weren't what he was expecting
Ask more open-ended questions, listen more and don't interrupt him. Pay attention to him and don't be distracted.
If your vibes aren't matching with him then you have to move on
Ask questions...
