I think my friend might want to have something with me but I'm unsure if she wants a deeper friendship or more?

She broke up with someone like two months ago and has gotten very close to me since, we barely knew each other before that. She invited me out after her breakout and said it was good to be out with friends, and during the night called me her new best friend, all while being very touchy very touchy on my legs, hair, beard, even letting me touch her lips

She's invited me to her home twice, we just talked and smoke another time, played with her cats too. She's invited me to stay over but with her breakup and not knowing her that well I politely declined. She still talks to me all the time, always touching my back to get my attention, or poking me to "try" to scare me. The other day she was telling her friend that I'm always messing with her but she had a huge smile on her face. Every time I see her she gives me this huge smile, or a smaller, cuter one when we're around others, and when there's awkward silences she begins to make odd noises, and is constantly getting in my space and standing close to me

On the other hand when I've invited her to lunch (twice) she says she can't right now. She says she wants to, and that we will do X thing, I'm guessing it's her breakup if she's not just blowing me off? Perhaps I gotta ask her how she's dealing with that. She does work six days a week and school 4 days a week, and sleeps a lot due to her meds, but I'm always down when she has something she wants to do with me. I feel like I have to talk to her and find out where we are but what do you think?
