So I am 14 years old and there is a really hot girl in my class and a few weeks ago she said that she really likes me.

I want to ask her out but she mostly goes to party clubs and bars - places where my parents doesn't allow me to go to.

Yes, in Bulgaria it is allowed as long as you aren't staying after 12 pm (but they would let let you stay if you give them 20$)
