My boyfriend gets hookup site spam messages on SMS messages and facebook messenger?

So I'm trying not to get upset over something that may be completely innocent. So, back in 2020 my boyfriend and I were experimenting around with threesomes. (We're in our early 20s and just wanted to give it a try. We only did it a few times.) Well, we don't really have any friends, so we went on Xmatch, which is an adult hookup site and we signed up with his email because he is the one with the most free time. He never contacted anyone without me being there so there's no issue there. But I saw his phone last night and he has A LOT of spam messages through SMS texts and on Facebook messenger saying, "meet singles" or "hookup now." It's not from actual sites or anything and he doesn't pay attention to them and I understand it's spam. But at the same time, I dont get these kind of spam messages. I get spams about voting or politics, but never about "hookup sites." The only hookup sites I know about was when he was on Grindr and Xmatch. But that's been 2 years ago? Why is he still getting weird spam from that? Does this mean he is doing something behind my back, like camgirls, or has checked out a hookup site without me? I've not talked to him about this because i don't want to start a fight. Just thought I'd get more insight on this before I jump to conclusions...

The spammers know that there's a better probability that a guy will respond to a sex-related spam message than a girl will. Once a guy gets on a list, he will always be there. I've been getting spam emails from random women ever since I was on a dating site, many years ago. Most of them go straight to my SPAM box... a few make it into my inbox and I just ignore them.

It's like fake spam profiles right? Because that's what he's getting. I just didn't know if it means he's been checking hookup sites or camgirls behind my back. Our Xmatch account was under his email because he has the most free time but this was 2 years ago and we haven't even logged back into that account since then. But he is still getting A LOT of random hookup or dating spams. Lol

Like his text message inbox probably has like at least 50 in it right now. And he has like 2 of these spams on facebook messages. Is this normal or does it sound like he's doing something behind my back online?

I don't how long spamming goes for. Prbly for a long time. At his age they'll probably figure that though he might be partnered (because isn't responding) relationships don't last that long so there is a good chance he will.

Or they haven't updated their database or only add to it.

I don't know is the truth though.

Its not ads tho. It's spam messages in his inbox on Facebook and in his texts on his phone. And he doesn't have a pornhub account so how do they know his email?

No i didn't say anything to him. Its not actual messages, it's spam messages from fake weird usernames that say, "hookup now." Or, "meet singles."
