i want start by saying that I have always been a shy person and I believe I’m awkwardly social when it comes to talking to people. His family and I never really had good communication or hang together but I also don’t dislike them. When my boyfriend and I was younger years ago he would have me over like twice a week for a couple of hours. I would just chill in his room then he would take me home. Covid hit and that’s where I stopped going to his house and stop having no communication or seeing his family. At first I didn’t mind because I understood if his family didn’t want catch covid. But when things got calmer I notice my boyfriend would tell me if I wanted to go over. I took it as if we were both old for me to just go over like a teenager. I was probably 24-25 now I’m 27 and he is 30.
When lock down was finally over me and my boyfriend would hang out and we started to book hotel rooms for the weekend. So we stayed Saturday Sunday and leave Monday and he would go home that Monday night. But his family would think he stays in my house… if not they would give him shit for getting hotels. We been doing this for a good 2 years now and I’ve notice his mom wants him to call him every days during the days he stays with me if not she gets mad. My boyfriend knows I don’t dislike his family but I never talk to them on phone or I haven’t seen them. His mom never asks for me either.
But just last night we was by his house at night and his dad mom and sister were in the car right behind us. I was nervous
of course my boyfriend didn’t say anything we was just both laughing how it was so random and he said I’m call mom.
