I've never had a boyfriend and I’ve never gotten anyone I’ve liked to like me back…

I’m pretty and funny, I’ve been told this my many guys but never the ones I want. This isn’t just desperate guys either it could be very attractive men who just aren’t my type or I’m not interested in.

I’m not going after like super popular guys either usually pretty small friend group not super well known ones. I’m not going to guys who have a ton of girls lining up to date them either, I never go for anyone I have competition for.

I most likely made myself sound like a dick with this but I always see other women online brag about getting every guy they’ve wanted ranging from not-so attractive girls to the hottest women ever, why can’t I be like that?

i just don’t get what I’m doing wrong. I’ll even like 5-6 guys at once to maximize my chances, nothing. Only guys who are not what I want at all or are straight up unhygienic. I always end up feeling unwanted and like shit. I just want to have my feelings reciprocated.

I don't know it doesn't seem like it's because of your standards being too unrealistic for what you offer, so it must be something you do, because guys get attracted to girls easily. Nothing really comes to mind when you think of things about yourself that put guys off?

I mean im genuinely telling you I’ve had high “social higherarchy bs” guys like me in comparison for the guys I go for. My friends make fun of me because they say I only ever pursue awkward nerds (which I wouldn’t call them but realistically these aren’t super popular dudes). I don’t know what puts them off, I don’t think they hate me but I always get the most mixed signals like I’ve never had a man I was interested in be simple about being interested I me or not be confusing. Never been asked out or asking for my number by them. These guys could even compliment me and know me decently and like me as a person and not act interested romantically.

No honestly, I’ve had all types of guys go for me as I said. Most of them I just don’t find interesting. I don’t believe in dating a guy just because nice or treats you decently, I have to really like you you know?

Even if the unhygienic ones became hygienic the fact you were unhygienic throws me off and on top of that the guys I’m talking about in that category are pretty bad personality wise too.

I’m a in high school senior, these are guys at school not construction workers. Same guys when I told my friends they were interested in me they would go “oh the one that smells like shit” I’m sorry but I these aren’t guys I find interesting in the first place but hygiene should be a basic ask.

I want to know which to attract the men I want not the guys I don’t.

If I’d posted this any other way men would have attacked me saying my standards are too high. I tell them my reasonable standards being completely honest about who I go for and I’m a dick. I’m not interested in some men and some men are unhygienic, that’s honesty.

I could spend time picking apart your post and telling you why I think you're alone, just little glaring details that probably allude to who you really are. But what would be the point.
