I hate that I keep matching with fuckboys. Do you think my standards for men are too low?

It goes without saying, I think, that he needs to be in good health, not an addict of any kind, able to keep a clean home, and financially stable. But anyhow, here are my unique requirements:

His annual gross salary must be at least 15% more than mine. Why? Wage gap. I'm in my early 20s and pulling 6 figures, so at this point any adult man earning the same as/less than me either lacks ambition or has financial goals that are incompatible with mine.

He needs to have owned and lived in his own house for at least 10 years, preferably 15. Any previously owned properties should not have been sold due to foreclosure, bankruptcy, or any other financial misfortune. Why? Any adult man who's still renting either has goals that are incompatible with mine, or he's a bum whose finances are a disaster.

He must be capable of performing home maintenance and improvement tasks CORRECTLY. I want to see actual evidence, in a property he owns, that he can maintain the place and competently complete any tasks he takes on. Why? Because I refuse to consider sharing a home with a man who might damage a property I've invested my money in. Also, bad patch jobs and uneven tile placement piss me off. Either pay a professional or get out of here with that shit.

And finally, I know this sounds terrible but... it's preferable if his mother is permanently gone. I'm done with men who quietly have an emotionally incestuous relationship with their narcissist mothers.

I hate that I keep matching with fuckboys. Do you think my standards for men are too low?
