What does it mean when he doesn't want to date you because he said he doesn't do long distance, but then dates somebody else that's long distance?

I was talking to this guy from a dating app and he kept telling me how much he liked me and wanted to be with me. I was hesitant at first, but then after he kept pursuing and whooing me I started liking him a lot.

So I when I told him that I agree to making it official he told me that although he likes me a lot he can't date me because it's long distance and he could never be faithful to me because of that. I was really said and heartbroken but I respected how he felt and let him go.

3 days later he post on his social media he's in a relationship with another woman who I know of who lives long distance from him.

I'm very confused and hurt. What gives?

Your better off not knowing. Because what this means is he found something unattractive about you and is refusing to say what it was because it would be mean to say it.
It's good to be truthful but it's not good to insult someone so he left making an excuse.

Dont let one guy’s rejection bring you down. That old adage of never giving up is better than losing hope, we can't really tell the outcome, so why not keep trying? Also, nevermind that guy, it sounds like an excuse to get away, I feel your pain, been there. Try to think of the closure, even if he gets back, he isn't reliable, he doesn't have integrity to be honest, you should take a break, do something to make yourself happy and then restart. I understand if he doesn't like me I just don't understand why he chased me and pursued me in the first place. Why he kept telling me he liked me and even said he loved me. If he didn't like me then why he didn't just leave me alone.

Some people are like that. Sudden intense attraction and love bombs, but once attraction fades, they try to avoid. This happens with men and women alike. So, you must understand and make it clear in your subconscious, that it is not about you. He may date Miss Universe and get bored. Love goes deeper than that. Just forgive him, he will realize value of being loyal only when he gets hurt. As for you, consider yourself precious and just let your heart heal. Just remember, it hs got nothing to do with you, how interesting you are, how you look etc.

So I think he used me for money. After some research I see his new girl is also helping him financially too. I do know her personally. We are not super close but do follow each other on Snapchat and talk on there ever now and then. Should I warn the new girl she could be getting used too. I feel kind of guilty not telling her what happened.

I would warn her, but be prepared that either he or she might label you as "jealous" and trying to break them up and not believe you, even though you aren't. Especially if he's a good con-man or manipulative. Just be prepared for that likely outcome.

I didn't know he was getting money from you. I'd try to warn her for sure. She may or may not listen but if you at the very least try, you can have a clear conscious if it goes the same way with her.

I texted him yesterday night asking for my money back. And said he was just using me and scamming me. He called me and said he wasn't using me and really needed the help and really did like me. Then he started saying he missed me and sweet talked me. I was getting flattered again, but he went further and wanted to have phone sex. I was uncomfortable with that but I guess he was doing it anyway because he heard moaning noises and then he told me he nutted because my voice turned him on. And after that he said he felt guilty because he has girlfriend so he hung up.

The whole thing just left me confused 😕 and felt like he played with my emotions again. I really want my money back I'm pissed.
