Do you hang out with guys who are committed?

I have some guy friends who have a girlfriend and sometimes I wonder if it’s weird that I hang out with them. For example if you are going out, having coffee or dinner with them isn’t that lowkey against the wishes of their girlfriend? I don’t think it bothers them but I’m personally not eager to initiate outings with such guys unless they ask. I would say I’m a good friend so maybe they like to share things with me but I don’t really know how I would feel if my boyfriend was hanging with other girls and not just talk to them. Any opinions on this?

about a few years ago I had a close guy friend from an exchange program, who would hang out with me almost everyday and he had a girlfriend. She was living abroad and it was a long distance but still. And then he tried to sext me when he was about to break up with her. So I’m just being careful to see what people’s intentions are

It’s not weird as long as you’re not cheating with them. You’re allowed to have friends. Not all friendships are romantic and/or sexual relationships.
