well... if he was me then I would have made a move on you yet but its best if you take the lead... cuz guys often hesitate hitting on girls due to a lot of complexes... and it would be definitely easier for you to hit on him... if you cannt then at least flirt a little with him so that he might open up with you and get a hint that you want him to propose you
