I want to know If my traits are desirable and would people date anyone like me. I wanted to post it on reddit and decided to turn myself into a woman because reddit is used by a larger proportion of men but it's always either deleted or held for moderation review. Here it's less likely to be deleted and this platform is also mostly used by men I think.

That's difficult to say I would date someone based on his look, let alone based on his modified look...
I can say my dealbreakers are definitely not related to appearance, unless there is a facial heavy deformation or something disturbing... My requirements/dealbreakers are about the social skills of the man, his maturity, his ability to do introspection, his emotional stability, his honesty, his empathy, his intellectual depth, his culture, his ability to deal with conflicts and boundaries during a relationship, our interests in common, our compatibility in mindset/values/humor, and many other things of this sort.
When I was 23 I had a less clear idea of these things, but I was definitely very oriented on compatibility over mutual interests, intellectual depth, honesty and introspection already.
So, if you had those requirements and you were looking like a possible male version of that photo: yeah, I would. And I would even if you looked quite worse (I actually did date bad looking guys).

I said all this because it looks like you think the reason behind your failures is in your appearance, but that is of course not the reason, that is most likely something related to social skills (the sole fact you think the problem is your face kind of hints to that). So you better focus on that because the more you obsess about your looks only, the more you lose chances and time to work on something that actually makes the difference.

I will tell you one thing I know about you: from what you wrote in your question, you sound whiny. And whiny is not attractive. And, your pictures: you're not smiling. Nothing to welcome the viewer.
