I have been waiting for a girl for a year and half, and now there's a girl who likes me. What should I do?

I have been into a girl who is younger than me by an year for almost 2 years now, and she knows that I like her too, but she said that she wanted to wait for the time to be right and she said she liked me as a friend.

I get it that's like a rejection in itself, but I have been holding on to that feeling and I have this hope that we might get together someday, and then comes this girl no 2. whom I met at an social gathering, we exchanged numbers and we talked a bit, she confessed to me that she liked me and wanted to be in a relationship. I was able to stall her by saying that I have to go to a different city (which I had to for education) and I wasn't ready for long term relationships.

But now this is where the problem is, I am wondering that if I get into a relationship with the girl no. 2, I think it would ruin the right time thing with girl no. 1. I don't want to hold on to girl no. 1 and be stuck with that 'right time' but I am also scared of the oblivion caused by letting her go.

What should I do? XD
