Should I Continue Talking to This Guy? Or Should I Just Move On?

Hi, I have been talking to someone for about two months now, but it seems to not get anywhere. We would call for hours and send lots of text messages. I mean, we are both young, 19 years old to be exact. But, he has home issues (which i completely understand) and this would lead to him not replying to my messages for a bit. Yet, whenever he would send a text, I get all giddy and warm inside even if we don’t talk as much as we use to. Now, he is replying a bit more like would reply daily, but like once a day. But I wonder, is he talking to other people? Should I even make a move to spend time with him? Or should I just move on? I don't know Lol

Making a move to go out with him just now after two months in my opinion is like a last ditch effort to hang on. To me, the first 2 months are the most telling because that’s when you see whether he’s consistent, serious about investing in you, and wants to build a relationship. Things should be at a stage where you’ve already hung out a few times, headed towards a relationship. The fact that he’s falling off the ball tells me he isn’t wanting to move forward with you in that way. I promise, if he wanted to you would already know.
