Unique first date ideas that are not restaurants or at a coffee shop?

Yeah what are some good venues for first dates that you’d suggest that aren't the typical restaurant or coffee shop?

as pointed out in my last question generally a place with a lot of people around and encourage talking more between you and your date is usually ideal. What are your ideas?

Handsome Carriage ride

Boating or boat ride (there are rentals)

Ice skating

Street fair or fests

Play pool

Bowling

Walk around a lake

In the winter - some towns have ice sculpture events. People can walk around and admire all the different creations.

In the summer - movie or concert in the park

Some towns have car shows on the weekends. It's fun to walk around and see all the old cars.

Wine tasting

I know you said no restaurants but dessert fondue would be fun

In late summer it's fun to visit a Sunflower 🌻 maze. Often really cute photo opportunities are set up throughout the maze

In fall - apple picking. I also like summer strawberry 🍓 picking but since you spend all your time crouched down, I would not like that as a 1st date - but everyone is different.

I don't know... that's all I got right now. I'm sure she'll have fun with what ever you decide. 🙂

I told a guy to get dressed up in mid 18th to late 18th century attire (and I dressed up as well in a 18th century like dress) because I had a surprise for him and took him out to a castle for a tour of the place and afterwards I took him on a river cruise for late lunch early dinner.

The relationship didn't work out later on we slowly became distant but it is one of my best memories he was a pleasant person to date it was fun while it lasted

nice. i probably could answer historical stuff since i got a bachelors in history. im fairly familiar with 18th century historical events and such. especially Europe and america

Anything that actually forces you to interact without a distraction where flirting and escalation can happen.

So many things to do for a date. In the larger cities you have movies, sight seeing, parks for play or picnic, local venues of many kinds. Amusement parks like Six Flags or water parks which are easy to find.

I like to cook, so maybe meet at a public park and I bring a little picnic. Would run the list of items past her to make sure she doesn't have any allergies.

Few suggestions for date. walk in a park, a picnic, swimming, hiking. Watching a video at the home. The old fashioned roller skate rink. Good old-fashioned talk without any kind of interruptions.
