I have notice that my boyfriend tends to say “ he looked gay” or I can tell he was gay. For example we were in the car and I had asked my boyfriend I needed to get some ice so he went to a restaurant and asked for some ice. He came back and told me the lady said they didn’t have an ice machine. Then he goes to another restaurant and comes back with ice and told me the guy seemed gay and proceeded to tell me how he hook him up with ice. It just seems a bit weird that I notice he mentions when someone seems gay. Not only with guys but also does when a female looks lesbian.

HE seems obsessed with this issue for some reason. There's no clue why, unless he himself is a closeted gay person. This isn't something anyone would regularly comment on unless on some level, they're terribly interested in the subject.
You might ask him why he's always commenting on this. Is is because this was a topic with his family? Because he has a gay aunt or uncle his family commented on? Or because he's interested in why or how people are gay and he feels uncomfortable around gay people?
It's worth finding out why this is such a topic of interest to him. It is odd, in any case.
He had always told me he is comfortable around gay people females or guys. We live in San Francisco so we see a lot of 🏳️🌈 community. He also told me he is not gay or bi. I been with him for 11 years but I just find it weird that he comments that.
Remember... actions speak louder than words. His comments are odd. Means he IS uncomfortable on some level if it's always on his mind...
Clearly this is something that is on his mind, or in his subconscious. Some of this comes from watching porn because it contains subliminal messaging to encourage homosexuality or lesbianism. In short, what you've observed with your boyfriend is a gigantic redflag and a sign that he has some underlying issues.
Can he be gay or I’m confused. Also last weekend we booked a hotel and when we left he went to get his $100 deposit then he tells me how the guy didn’t charge him the parking fee and said he took it from the deposit. He then said “ you can tell he was gay”. Like what am I suppose to even reply to that

Does he watch porn? He may be more curious than gay. But that depends on whether he's under the porn influence or not.
Yeah he watch regular porn but what does gay porn has to do with his comments
I was not talking about gay porn, I was talking about regular porn. That's the genius trick. All regular porn is designed to bring about homosexual thoughts / behavior / fantasies in straight men (and lesbian thoughts in women). That's possibly where all of these comments are coming from. The porn is corrupting his mind and he doesn't even know it. This is probably why he's confused and always making comments about gay men. Thus the solution is for him to stop watching porn but since it's so accepted and widespread, that's unlikely to happen.
Yes, that's strange. Usually the men who worry about this are gay themselves.
