Why do some men want a virgin but always sleep around?

My guys there IS good women out there. Many in fact. They don’t want people that hate women or sleep around.

A woman saving herself for marriage typically wants a guy whose of the same morals and values. Okay maybe nobody is perfect and If a man is a genuine man of God who repented. It’s fine.

But a woman let’s say whose a beautiful woman, a virgin, as sweet and king as can be. Doesn’t want a man whose gonna beat her, cheat on her, abuse her, control her, etc.

Why would she want that? She can literally get any guy. It’s not gonna be you

Yes I agree. A man should never have the audacity to demand a virgin when he is promiscuous.

Virgins should be with virgins.

A woman who has been with less than five guys should be with a man who’s the same. They’re decent people who don’t believe in frivolous behaviour but maybe had sexual relationships within their serious relationships that they probably thought would lead to marriage.

Men and women who have been with more than five don’t have a say and should stick with each other. Especially if they’re the type who went clubbing and bars when they were young.

A lot of misconceptions and overgeneralizations in your post.

1. Wanting virgin is not "hating women", and sluts are not "good women", so the higher the body count, the more unappealing.

2. Most of the guys wanting a virgin girlfriend are also virgins themselves, myself included, players tend to want sluts.

3. Atheist virgins exist. Virginity is mostly a practical safety and loyalty measure, its almost never about religion. If she's a virgin as an adult, odds are she thinks before hopping into bed with someone, knows what she wants, is picky, and does not rush into anything. These are valued personality traits. Her liklihood of having (or later catching) stds is also drastically reduced.

4. There is no such thing as god.

5. Wanting a virgin does not correlate with (let alone cause) domestic abuse or fidelity problems.

6. In most cases the issue is not rejection, but a lack of supply, as virgin women above age 20 are very rare. Most virgin men struggle to find one they can relate to mentally AND are attracted to physically (the latter part of which being far more common than the former).

I think you have to break this topic down into parts. There is a religious aspect that many (but not all) religions have in common about this topic, there is a moral aspect, there is a logical aspect, there is a cultural aspect, there is a practical aspect, there is an evolutionary aspect and probably other aspects that don't come to mind now.

Depending on which of these aspects you are considering, the answers may be different. For example the evolutionary aspect. In many species of animals males have multiple female partners. (this is actually true of some religions as well.)

There is a reason for this. It has to do with survival of the species. While human men can father as many offspring as they attempt to throughout most of their lives, human women are limited in the number of offspring they can give birth to by both their age and the fact that they can only bear a child once every 9 months during a relatively limited portion of their lives. So in order to ensure the abundance of the human species millions of years of evolution designed men to be able to impregnate many women so that there was more chance of survival of the species. The same thing can be observed in many other animal species.

So if you only consider one aspect of this question... such as religion... and then only CERTAIN religions, you miss the fact that there are other aspects that explain why male virginity may not only be considered optional, but might actually be considered problematic.

When I was in high school, we used to call guys like that "Cherry poppers". They are the lowest form of scum. The guys who do that claim they sleep with virgins because they don't carry STDs. What these morons fail to know is ANYONE can get an STD, and you don't have to have sex to catch one.

The female friends I did have that wee virgins knew to look out for these kinds of guys. Honestly, I think they're all pedophiles because when these types of guys get older, virgins will be hard to come by at their age.

There was a guy in my neighborhood that is in his fifties, he sleeps with 13, 14, and 15 year old girls or so he claims, and one day people overheard him saying the reason he sleeps with girls that young is because they have a "New car smell". People are disgusting. I hope someone gets smart enough and nails the bastard to a cross.

It's always the conceited men who chase virgins but they need to ask themselves what makes them worthy of one?

I'm a virgin and although I don't expect my husband to be a virgin, i wouldn't want someone who puts my purity on a pedestal. That's a man who doesn't have his priorities straight. Fetishizion is creepy no matter what kind it is. I've stayed a virgin to benefit myself, not him, so it shouldn't be of any importance to him.

Men forget they are the reason why women have body counts in the first place. If you want virgins as wives, perhaps you should look at the way you treat other women. Women are women. You can't put them into categories. That woman you had as a one night stand could be someone's wife in the future. I just feel when it comes down to it most men are hypocrites and they use women when it suits them and shun them when they're done.

The standard is based on the traditional western belief that girls are inherently pure while boys dirty.

Sex with a woman purifies the male while poluting the female. Thats why many women have issues sleeping with virgins, because its "gross"

Its not a double standard as much as a standard that applies differently to each sex.

For the record, just because I understand this doesn't mean I agree with it. I actually don't like sleeping with virgin women. But there is an explanation and it kind of makes sense.

It's a really trash mentality and lack of any logic or rationality that causes guys to think that way. Only narcissists would want their partners to have never slept with any guys while they have slept with many girls. I may have cared for my partner being a virgin when I was one myself, but that's okay... to want someone with the same level of experience as you experience the same thing with you. It's like watching a movie you both never watched before together. That is a better feeling than watching a movie you haven't watched, but they have. In my case though, as soon as I lost my virginity, I realized it really wasn't that big a deal. I think the healthiest dynamic for a relationship is definitely a similar amount of sexual experience. If one person has had a lot more experience than their partner, then it builds up a toxic rift.

Regardless of what women say, few of them will speak the truth because it's not politically correct. Women who are virgins are more likely to be attracted to men who have had more experience or who are preselected.

Men put women into two categories: "recreational use only" and "relationship material". This is equivalent to how women put some guys in the friendzone and sleep with others. Women in the recreational use category are usually hoes or have something else wrong with them that makes them unsuitable for LTR like being masculine, bitchy, or have kids. Women who are relationship or wifey material don't necessarily have to be virgins but have lower body counts and are fit, feminine, friendly, cooperative, submissive, and childless. The higher a man's value the more requirements he will have for the latter category.

because most people would think that it’s more “secure” since the person won't have any history. Being someone’s first is something that i think most people would want, regardless of whether or not they are virgins or not.

You’re comparing apples and oranges. You can’t turn a hoe into a housewife. A woman that has slept around is good for sex only. But a virgin woman that’s your queen. You wife her up and she holds down the household. A virgin’s decisions show that she has enough self respect and morals to be the mother of your children.
