Can you tell if someone KNOWS they're attractive?

In the opposite sex or in general, can you usually tell if someone already knows they are attractive or really good-looking? If so, how can you tell? Do they have a cocky disposition or a vibe about them? Do you think that most obviously attractive people know they are attractive?

And if they do know they are hot or attractive, does it affect your opinion of them or if you would want to date them?

1. Yes. The conventionally attractive people usually already know they're hot. Especially hot girls. But also hot guys. They get attention constantly and get told they're hot by almost everyone.

2. Sometimes it's cockiness, other times it's just that they are obviously attractive and how could they not know?

3. No, it's not a red flag unless they are over the top or cocky as you said. I thoroughly dislike cocky men whether they are attractive or not, so that would be a turn-off anyway. I don't mind if they know they are hot, but if they are a jerk and arrogant and not humble then that's a bad thing.
