I've read your question four times and what I can't see is why you want to break up -- the only two things that stand out are 1) you want to have sex and 2) he can't afford to propose. If there's nothing else wrong, then having sex bridges the gulf between those two problems.
If you don't want to be with him other than he's a virgin then that's the wrong reason to get married anyway. So, again, maybe I'm not understanding the issue...

So why does finding another man prioritize just leaving a relationship because it’s not giving what you want? Seriously, your logic for staying is mainly fear of not finding another virgin male, not because you’re deeply in love and ready to be married. You’ve got some real soul searching to do.
Being married doesn't have to be very expensive though. If you guys are ready for marriage, can you do a basic ring and go down to the courthouse/county clerk?
