Am I just different from people my age?

I've noticed now and realized I attend to have friends that are a lot more older then me. Most of my friends are age 40 an over. I enjoy listening to their c9nversations and stories about their life experiences honestly I enjoy their company more then with people my own age. I don't know why but honestly I never seem to fit in, include or wnjoy being with people my own age. At school I struggle with making friends with other kids. Even today now that I am 30 I just don't seem to conect with other 30 year olds there's always this awkwardness silence. At school I was label the weird kid. Funny in first grade kids were laughing and saying eww at a kissing scene in my mind I was thinking my god its just actors getting paid for acting. My parents told me tehy would find my having long conversations with my 19 year old baby sitter when I was 6 at that time but never put intrested in playing with kids my own age my parents had try play dates, the park , and other kid play places but I was left out. I also did dated with guys my own age that relationship didn't last only months now I am 30 my boyfriend is 43 it is the best relationship I've had.

Honestly you might be but that is not wrong. My wife and I often get along with older people better.

Not just cause we are open and swingingers but because we can talk with them more mature and they are just more fun to be around.

Usually having great stories and telling us that we have old souls.

Yeah usually just hanging out with the teachers. Like these kids are so boring and annoying!
