How should I act with the guy who ghosted me?

I dated a guy last summer who was very full on before suddenly ghosting me. I deleted his number and off socials, and we haven’t spoken since

Sadly we have many mutual friends, so I saw him at an event a few months ago and he just kept staring over, but made no move to talk. I just ignored him and tried not to make eye contact/turned away

I’m going to see him again at a mutual friends wedding again next month, I’m maid of honour and he’s a groomsman so we are both involved in the wedding party. I’m dreading it as everyone knows what happened.

i don’t know how I should act, is ignoring him too extreme or immature? Any advice would be great

Act civil with him. Do not make someone else’s day about your falling out with this man. Once you leave the event, and if he try’s hitting you up, then you can act accordingly to what you feel is best for you.

Hmm, I feel like a distant/cold type of kindness would be best. Being obvious with ignoring him wouldn't be too classy.
