Do you remember a girl who lived with me? The one who stayed for a week and then didn’t go for 4 months until I had to kind of kick her out?

She met a very smart and a cute guy in April. This guy was seeing someone else and had a long term relationship at that time, but my friend is undoubtedly pretty, very very pretty, so she easily got all his attention and that guy broke up with his girlfriend.

My friend was very honest with me.

She told me how during first sex, she spit the morning after pill out, because she wanted them to have a child so this guy would stay with her. They were only seeing each other for a month at that time.

She didn’t get pregnant, unfortunately for her and fortunately for that guy, but she was lying to him.

Then when I asked her to leave, that guy sheltered her and had been taking care of her.

Her visa expires now and that silly boy married her… So she can stay.

She is quite happy now because she has a man she wanted, she has visa and she is pampered by him.

But not so long ago, she was asking me to go to clubs together, cause she didn’t want to only think about her boyfriend cause in her own words “it kills a relationship”, she was also a master manipulator.

I wonder, does that guy have a brain? He is extremely smart, young, cute, nice person and very successful for his age.

But I have no idea why would he ruin his life this way, by leaving a girl who loved him for a girl who is just pretty, other than that, she can and will definitely ruin his life.

Is prettiness really that important that men totally lose their mind?

Here’s an update. They’ve been dating for 5 months, she just told me it’s her 2nd month of pregnancy now. They are getting married soon. I am happy for her.

It’s not my place to judge her and what I would or wouldn’t do in her place. I wish her all the best and whatever that guy got himself into, it’s not my concern.

He made a choice. I disapprove having a child with a man to keep a man and get visa. What’s done is done though. Now it’s about the baby. Hope things will work well for both

He chose to ignore all kinds of red flags because he was looking at her with rose-tinted glasses.


By the sound of it, he’s not thinking clearly at all.

I’m guessing that he’s never dated a woman as pretty or ‘charming’ as her and he just wants to believe so hard in this fantasy that she’s creating in his mind.


And, he probably is not familiar with how manipulative people can be—perhaps he has never been severely hurt by a woman before, so he’s too trusting, too early on.


Or, he’s been hurt and manipulated before, but has never learned his lesson.


There are amazing, wholesome, genuinely sweet and kind women out there.


But, as with men, there are also the attractive-looking but manipulative types too.


Either he has yet to fully understand this about the world or he is refusing to accept it, because he wants to believe this relationship is everything he hopes for it to be.

I just feel sorry for his ex. That girl was left for a woman who’s just pretty, but deep down a very bad person. So, I kinda empathize with her and feel sad for her.

She went to see him 10 days ago and talk to him because I believe they had a long term relationship which was serious and that friend of mine, went to fight with her and kick her out…

I really feel sad for her. And I believe that girl probably really loved him and I find it awful that this guy chose my friend over her, who I know pretty well, is not as angel as she likes to come off. Just because she is pretty, why would men assume she’s any better than that girl?

I kinda relate to his ex to be honest. I feel sad for her.

I know what happens to men who are that silly.

For hurting his ex girlfriend in such a terrible way, he will suffer the consequences of being with a lying manipulative woman who does not love him and is only using him for her personal gain.

He has thrown away real love for fake love. And in time, he will taste the bitterness of it.

Yep. That man must have thought before making a baby, now that she’s pregnant and all, I just hope they’ll do well and my former friend will not one day realize it’s not the life she wanted.

She told me she always wanted a child and he’s a perfect candidate because he’s financially well-off and smart and takes good care of her. Good for her.

I just haven’t heard her saying she loves him. She said many reasons why she is with him and getting married to him but none of these reasons included love. But I mean, whatever works for them, I guess.

Not only but she’s a great manipulator. She told him he has got a small penis. I asked her why did she do that, she told me she did that so he will know how extremely lucky he is that she chooses him.

At some point that guy almost broke up with her, because she offered to pay someone else for visa to marry and stay this way.

He almost broke ip hearing this. She, though, cut her hands and made him stay. She’s all lovey dovey and very sweet to him, because she needs him, I doubt, she will stay this way.

She started relaxing based on lies, took someone else’s man just to get a visa, manipulated this guy into self consciousness.

Also told me, that she chose that guy because he doesn’t look good at all, so he won’t have many options and he will never have anyone else but her to choose.

This all sounds like very bad reason to get married.
