Guys, is it a turn off if a girl ALWAYS texts u first?

No not all it also makes it easier for him. The only turn off could if you´re spamming him like sending messages in short time and give him no time to answer. But assuming you´re not doing that I wouldn´t see a girl always texting first as a problem.

Yeah, that's not a thing hun. Whoever told you that is full of it. A guy might be unsure of his feelings towards you. Or you might catch him off guard by taking the initiative. But you can't turn a guy of by messaging him first.
