Most people understant that physical attractiveness is the primary predictor of relationship and dating success.

If a person is not physically attracted to you they will not care about your other " good " aspects as they will not be shown.

Also if you are a good looking person a lot of flaws of your character are getting ignored/not taken into account or are given a more favorable judgement.

Yes they should definitely avoid approaching women. Especially if they don't want to get called a creep and have the cops called on them.
