I met a girl on campus. I saw her and instantly liked her. However, I was rushing to take a test, so I couldn't get her off my mind. I told a friend about her, and unbelievably, she knew her and told me they were friends. A week later, we met, and my friend introduced us, but we couldn't talk much. So my friend organized a date. I didn't ask for the details because all I cared about was meeting her.
My friend informed me that she was in a relationship, although it was a bit shaky. With a relationship in mind, I didn't have any expectations beyond developing a friendly relationship and getting to know her. We met on a Friday, and my friend left us alone. We had a nice chat, even though I can be weird and awkward at times because I am naturally introverted and shy. I believe we had a great time. Fast forward to the end of the date, she gave me a hug and suggested I ask my lady friend for her number so I could contact her directly when I wanted to see her, instead of going through my friend. I handed her my phone, and she inputted her number.
Well, after the date, I wasn't entirely sure about how I felt. It was like seeing candy in a store, unwrapping it, tasting it, and realizing it wasn't what I expected. Or maybe I was still shocked about how I managed to talk to her, considering I typically shy away from one-on-one conversations with girls I like. So, I was conflicted for almost 24 hours. I spoke to my friend, and she told me to take things slow. After much internal deliberation, I decided to call her. I called her once, but there was no answer. I decided not to call again but sent her a text on WhatsApp. The text was delivered, but I haven't received a reply yet.

She obviously has a lot going on, being taken and all so ofc she wouldn't be sure about anything with you. You might have been undewhelmed as we imagine things perfect and no person is perfect. Calling is also not really a first time thing to do, at least a text first. I wouldn't get myself into this, giving she is taken.
I passed her around campus for the past 2 days now and she is acting weird towards me. I understand rejection. It's nothing new to me but why would she be weird of a sudden when we left on good terms? I'm confused because i did zero.
Cause she doesn't want to be friends, just distance, you should let her go. Some people are like that, you dont have to do anything.
Yeah. On to the next one i guess ;D
Thanks
She probably changed her mind.
yeah I changed my mind twice after we met lol :D but it happens. We move on
