What's the STUPIDEST thing you've ever done on a DATE?

Question

When I was much younger, in college, I dated this girl. She had a nice car, better then mine, so she picked me up and we went on our date. For some reason I don't remember, we got into a nasty fight. I got out of the car and walked 7 miles (that's about 11 km) home. Took me two hours to walk it, and I had to walk through some of the nasty parts of town. Dumbest thing I ever did.

I was asked by a really stunning woman out on a date (friend of a friend kind of deal) and I really could not believe she wanted to go out with me. Anyway, she wanted to go out for dinner and I had this nagging feeling she just wanted someone to take her out and buy her dinner as she wasn't even trying/conversing.

Anyway, I pretty much accused of her just taking guys out for the purpose of getting a night out and a nice dinner at the end of the date and she explained it wasn't because she wasn't interested, she had just got a text saying her aunt passed away out in Nova Scotia.

Needless to say, I felt like a total ass and she did not contact me again. My loss I guess.

At some point in my life after i moved from Iraq as a refugee to Sweden! Having a new life, working out, a job, having money and a MAASSIVE EGOOOO 🙄. So! I was in a date with a nice swedish girl, all things were going fine, just talking and my EGO bursts in the middle of the conversation. I started making up stories, flexing while sitting, pretending that i am having a call to pretend that i am important, i was a mess. After that, she never responded to any of my calls/messages and i knew i blow it up. I was 22 years old :D

Made out in public with this guy on our first date. He had such luscious lips and he kissed so good and I was drowning in his arms! I couldn’t help myself! But nah. After he dropped me off at my dorm, I thought it was just one time thing! I woke up next morning with a phone call from him, asking me out for breakfast. Wth. Nah it got weird after a day or two of him picking me up every class I had to cut it off. He wasn’t my type. He was too much. We just kissed. Nbd

One night I went on a "real" date with this guy I worked with. We went to a small kinda coffee shop type place.
When I went to use the bathroom, the door was locked. I went over and told him, hoping he could open it. He walked up to the door, turned it just a tiny bit. Then he said "It won't open because someone is using it".🙄

I've only ever been on one real date my whole life. And here is why. My first date was with my ex (we were together 3 years before my mom let me go out with him). We went to a lake and watched the sunset afterwards. And he wanted me to get in a canoe with him. But me being the clumsiest person ever said no. After he begged me I finally gave in and got in the canoe. We got to the very centre of the lake. And when he leaned over to kiss me I fell backwards and both of us fell in the lake. Looking back now I know he deserved that.

Having a picnic outside with food, candles ( it was a bit dark that day ). It was really nice and cozy and very romantic. In the following days we became quite ill due to a persistent infection. It took more than 2,5 weeks before we where starting feeling better

The idea was stupid. but it was the most memorable date ever 🥰

FAILED, like the moron I was, to NOT eat out my friends with benefits, AFTER she had sucked me off many times. Can't do it over, and never forgot what an asshole she must have thought me to be... and she was RIGHT!! She hated me from that day forward, and rightly so.

It wasn’t during a date. It was my inept attempt at trying to make a date.. I walk my dog every afternoon after school by this pretty girls house. She had a very large mole on her face as I was walking by your house she opened her window and called out to me and said hi and I responded with her name. She asked me how I knew it was her, I said I could tell by the mole on her face I was 30 yards away. She said “oh“. She never talk to me again.

i was sp eager to get back to my date i didn't properly zip up after using the restroom.. i left my self somewhat visibly exposed.. then went around mingling with mutal friends going on n on about how great my date was going

n to top it off out off all the people to make me aware of my self that was none other than my sister who was the bar manager of the establishment we were at... yikes

The first date I was on the girl was really rude and I was too young and STUPID to realize it. She kept spotting other people she knew at the restaurant we were at and kept getting up to go talk to them. She spent more time at other tables than ours. If this happened to me today I wouldn't say anything really I'd just end the date.
