s You should sit down and have an open conversation with your boyfriend, and tell him what you’ve just written in your post. Share how you feel. Because honestly, I think you’re just suffering from low self esteem and being paranoid. It’s not very likely that he will leave you just because he gets “buff”, especially not if you’re in a long-term committed relationship.
Weather you decide to get fit or not, if he wants to you leave you he will. When a guy leaves you, often times it can be because something is missing in the relationship or the feelings he once had for you is gone.
