Is it disrespectful my boyfriend said another woman is good looking in front of me?

His fuckboy friend was going on a date with a girl, and sent my boyfriend her instagram profile on whatsapp so he could check her out. He replied that she is very good looking in my presence.

So if she is tall, and he said this woman is tall. Would it bother you?

If said she was fat, ugly or lazy or any other adjective... would it bother you?

Saying another woman is pretty is not the smartest thing for a guy to say, but if its true, then whats the problem? That it makes you feel bad about yourself? Is that really his fault or yours?

Now me personally I would no say that in front of someone I am dating... but honestly, I should be able to if I want to. I see pretty women all the time, but how many of them are I am dating or would I want to date?

I didn’t see her, but that was his reply to the text his friend sent him. (His friend is seeing the girl) I don’t care if he said that she’s good looking, but the disrespectful part is “why in front of me” So, I told him that if there’s a woman he should be complimenting, that is me.

I don't know, your entitled to your feelings of course, and if this guy wants to date you that should matter to him. But he is a person with his thoughts and feelings to... so sounds like you are more insecure about it then you should be. But you are right, good men say things like that only when their woman is not around, not because he should not be able to say them, but because woman get silly about it.

Might not be something you want to hear but it’s not disrespectful, he was just responding to his friend and giving his opinion. At least he was still being respectful about the words he used to describe her, if he went “she’s hot, nice body, 10/10 would fuck” then that would be disrespectful lol
