Narcissistic people rarely admit that they are narcissistic. Why would he be making such statements if you are not acting self-centered? Why does he stay with you if you are that way? And why do you stay with him? Do both of you just enjoy the sex?
He is immature, doesn't respect you and wants attention. Have some self respect and dump him.
