Should I date someone that has a dropped charge of CP just because they didn't find any evidence that liked them to it?

I'm dating someone that had a previous charge of CP but the charges were dropped right after due to lack of evidence.

I'm a little but concerned bc I 22 yo look like a teen that never grew up past her 16th birthday. The person is 26yo and way taller than me.

We are just getting to know eachother and I just found out by doing some deep research in the internet and now Im a little bit concerned.

What should I do.

That is up to you, but CP charges generally have a LOT of evidence so if they charged him and then dropped it, in all likelihood they discovered that he was hacked and the pornographers were using his computer as a portal.

It would depend on the context of his case and why someone tried to charge him to begin with. It would be easy to make those accusations to try and ruin someone's life if someone wanted to be malicious.
