Would you refer to a girl as “love” if you hadn’t yet told her that you love her if you had never used that term of endearment before?

Been dating someone for a couple months now and we have gotten very close pretty quickly. They never used to refer to me as “love”— “appreciate you, love” until this week , and it ordinarily wouldn’t mean much to me as some people just like to use this. However they never have before so it’s curious to me that they are now given they haven’t told me they love me yet, though I think it have a feeling they might soon.

I wouldn’t equate the term love to anything more than what he is saying. I had a guy call me love and it really meant nothing at all in the end. Take things for face value and don’t deep think yourself into delusion.
