What was the best unique date you have been on?

Going to the movies or out to dinner doesn’t count. What did you do differently that made your date a lasting experience and made you feel connected in a new way with your partner?

Weekend in London, you might wonder why. We already had a "LDR" but due to the lockdowns we couldn't meet. In London I wanted to make it official in person and it was the one place we were both allowed to visit. So we stayed in the Tower Hotel, over the weekend we visited multiple bars and restaurants, did sightseeing, romantic walk in the evening, managed to get her front row at the change of the guards, that kind of stuff.

But what made it so special was just finally being able to spend time with an amazing girl I already deeply loved after not knowing when we'd even be allowed to meet.

I took a girl who couldn't swim snorkeling. After an hour she took off her life jacket and I thought she was going to drown. She kinda got the hang of swimming but couldn't tread water and kept sinking. This was the day before I was going to meet her parents

That’s pretty cool definitely a new experience. How did her parents react? 🤣

I met her entire family the next day at a place with a pool and they were all completely shocked when she started swimming. It wasn't pretty but she could swim the entire length of the pool. She is very adventurous and naturally athletic but just never learned how to swim. Snorkeling was her idea but she was terrified for the first 15 minutes because she'd never been in water over her head
