How do you initiate the second kiss?

We have kissed once and it was her that initiated it by asking me if it was okay to kiss me because I didn't dare to do it even though it was pretty clear she wanted... and I didn't dare because I like this girl so much and don't want to mess it up.

But how do I initiate a second kiss? She has hinted a little by in a playful way writing things like "don't be a coward next time😘"... but should I just go for it or should I ask for permission to kiss her? Should I do a little kiss on the cheek and let her react to that?

We will see eachother today after about a week since our first kiss

Update: I initiated the second kiss which turned out to become a several hours long make out session and ended with us being in a official relationship

You answered your own question right in the first paragraph. I don't agree with her asking for it versus just taking it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a woman just taking it. Technically we need more women on this planet that will just take it. Versus the boring ones that always wait for the guy to make the first move.
But outside of that, since she was the one that initiated the first kiss, this is your hall pass right there. If she goes on another date with you. You know for definitely sure. I would just gently grab her on the back of the neck kind of motion with her head with your fingers to tilt toward you. Tilt toward her and aim for the Target. And be gentle and passionate and that's going to be way better than the first one that was asked to be did because now it's staged and now it's not real.
And when you do it, look her straight in the eyes until they close when you guys get more into it. But you just got to take it especially after you had the hall pass issue to you.

They just do it 😅😂 But in your case as a guy, the girl wants you to take initiative and it’s more attractive when a guy goes for it than asking esp if he knows she is ready and wants it lol. if you are shy, just tell her things like i wanan kiss you but im shy etc. She will be more understanding if you need time, to not think you are not interested. I would start slow, with maybe touching her body like hands, arms, to get closer in that way, hugs too. If you hold he in your arms its much easier to kiss her and you know she wants it cause she is letting you touch her and be so close.
