10 years
If you are 10 he’s 20
If you are 20 he’s 30
Still young if it’s true love then maybe because the 20 yr old needs to finish school establish employment and have outrageous fun meanwhile at 30 the education is completed and you have a decent job and your own home married or not
If you are 30 he’s 40 you can date and eventually married
You get it?
Now if you are both full pledge adults you may not want a very big age gap once again
50 prime of your life 70 your almost retired standard age some people age terribly
This gap would depend on the couple
At 26, I dated someone who was 46. It’s about compatibility and attraction not the age.
In my opinion if they are old enough to be their parent it is okay as long as the older one doesn't have kids around their age, but if they are old enough to be their grandparent then it is not okay.
Regardless of age difference, they need to have compatible morals, compatible long term life goals, and enjoy doing some of the same things together besides just intimacy related activities.
It depends on the person. Everyone is different. Just because someone wouldn’t do something does not mean another person can’t.
Don’t date someone underage and have each other’s best interests at heart.

u If you are 18, an age gap of 2 years would probably be enormous. If you are 68 (as I am for 2 more days,) and age gap of 2 years is insignificant.
I say as long as both parties are over 18 who cares if some guy in his 60s I'd dating a 18 or 19 year old she is of age and can make her own decisions as long as its not forced as in no blackmail or any thing like a bribe be it money or expense objects

As long as two consenting adults are legal, then age is just a number, but likelihood is that a couple will similar in age. Personally, I have dated someone 5 years older than me 22 years younger than me.
For me my max age-gap is 5 years up & below.
