Well , it helps that they pay zero tax , and the place is filled with Sugar babies , High end hookers , low end hookers , travel girls , and some pretty ludicrous concepts , basically virtually everyone is to some degree wealthily or a leach.

All the women that I see talking up Dubai , are generally over there looking for something " the answer " , Gold digger = 100% thats what she's after.
