I would say that women survive under 30 based on biology and over 30 based on science and nutrition. It's not impossible to become fit and healthy and beautiful after 30 but you need a book and a nutrition plan. You can't rely on biological luck anymore.

It's definitely a thing. The things that make a woman desireable to men peak in their early 20s and decline steadilly after that. The things that make men desireable to women ony begin coming online in their late 20s or early 30s and continue to increase for a long time after that. This is of course supported by science and overwhelming imperical evidence.
