Why would a man want you to have his baby if he was immediately on the prowl for another woman?

Years ago my sister got preg. by a guy who she was not dating for very long and acknowledged she made a mistake. He begged her to keep the baby and was very attentive to her throughout her pregnancy. After she gave birth we found out he had another woman preg. who was about to give birth a couple months after her. She immediately broke it off with him and has never had contact with him since. My sis gave birth in June 2011 and his 2nd baby was born August 2011. Recently, I was trolling and found out in August 2011 (around the time his 2nd baby was born) he had joined twitter and posted in the same month his dating profile on twitter that said: check out my blog on usmilitarysingles. com, he also had followed at least 10 dating sites like hipsingles, sexysingles etc. His page is inundated with camgirls and scanitily clad women. My question is why would he beg her to keep the baby only to have another baby with another woman who he is also cheating on... it seems as though he was still looking to date after 2 babies were just born.
